Human Resources and soft skills training expert with over 24 years of experience in talent development for companies
Roberto Pérez is a facilitator and driver of development and change processes, with a career spanning over 19 years in designing and delivering training in leadership skills and professional competencies. Since 2013, he has led Renueva Formación y Desarrollo (Madrid), where he combines “rapid-impact” interventions (practical courses and workshops) with more strategic support through development programs and systemic coaching (DBM/DMB®).
His expertise covers key areas such as communication, sales, leadership, and efficiency, as well as a wide range of cross-functional skills, including teamwork, conflict management, time management, customer service, negotiation, motivation, and performance evaluation.
His approach is based on an experiential and practical methodology: it connects content to the participant’s real interests, focuses on observable behaviors, and grounds learning in concrete action plans, with follow-up to ensure useful and sustainable change.
In parallel, he also works as a freelance trainer for various organizations (e.g., Thomas International, Hedima, Criteria, Epise-Proyfor, VFM), applying a “tailor-made design” approach for each program: preliminary diagnosis, clear objective-setting, behavior modeling-based dynamics, and individual post-training support to consolidate results.
