Objectives
Through this programme, participants will:
• Understand what a KPI (Key Performance Indicator) is, its purpose and the value it brings to the organisation.
• Learn how to define the most relevant KPIs according to the company’s operational and strategic context.
• Learn how to structure, visualise and monitor KPIs, and make data-driven decisions based on their results.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the most critical KPIs for a corrugated board plant from the perspectives of production, logistics, quality and personnel management.
Methodology used
The programme is delivered in an online format. It combines live sessions with the instructor and practical case resolution. Throughout each module, scheduled live virtual sessions will be held where course content is delivered, proposed case studies are analysed, and participants have the opportunity to raise questions and discuss specific plant-related situations.
Attendance at these sessions is mandatory.
Assessment: Successful completion of all modules and exercises is a mandatory requirement to obtain the programme certificate. In addition, active participation in the live sessions with the instructor will be taken into consideration.
