Objectives
- Define the components of each section of the corrugator that require maintenance.
- Establish the correlation between machine issues caused by poor adjustments or wear and their impact on board quality and waste levels.
- Conduct a mechanical audit of the corrugator.
- Organize and structure the information obtained from the various issues arising during machine operation.
- Define the necessary documentation required to develop a comprehensive maintenance plan.
- Enhance and further develop the existing machine maintenance plan in detail.
- Define and organize the tasks to be carried out by maintenance personnel.
- Define and structure the autonomous maintenance process, including the involvement of production staff in maintenance-related tasks.
- Integrate all maintenance personnel into the overall production process.
- Define the maintenance requirements for auxiliary installations.
Methodology
The methodology is delivered in an online format. The program combines live sessions with the instructor and practical case studies that participants are required to carry out on the machines at their own facilities.
Throughout each module, scheduled live online sessions will be held to review the proposed practical exercises, providing solutions in cases where machines are not operating within standard parameters.
Attendance at these sessions is mandatory.
Assessment
Successful completion of the assigned practical work is an essential requirement for obtaining the program certificate. Participation in the live sessions with the instructor will also be taken into consideration.
